CAMPING INFORMATION

ALL  PERSONS  MUST HAVE THEIR  “WEEKEND PASS” To Enter the Jamboree Grounds!  NO WEEKEND PASS – NO ENTRY. Gates open at 8:00am & close at 9:00pm before the show.  No entry with RV’s after Dark due to safety reasons.  Please arrive during daylight hours. If you want to “camp together” – please “arrive” together!

When you purchase a Weekend Pass for the Jamboree, your camping during the show (Aug 19th – Aug 22th) is included in this price (Music is free with this pass).

Your Weekend Pass also includes a “General Entry” (at No extra Charge) to the Grounds to “drop off” your trailer or “mark off” your site only from Sunday, August 15/2010 until Wednesday, August 18/2010.   Bring your own caution tape to mark off your site and small wooden stakes (no metal stakes allowed).  This does not include Camping before the Show.  This is for your convenience (to beat the rush) and to keep our traffic flowing smoothly.  If  you  WANT  TO  CAMP  before Aug. 18th please see the following options:

INCLUDES ENTRY TO GROUNDS FRIDAY, AUG. 13TH  & (SIX)  6 NIGHTS CAMPING !

A Package includes TWO (2) Adult Weekend Passes & ONE (1) Reserved (numbered) Campsite.  When purchasing this package you have the opportunity to keep your site forever if you like!  We give you FIRST CHANCE to reserve that site again as long as you do it before March 31st, 2010.  If you haven’t booked by that date your site will go up for sale.  Reserved sites are limited in quantity and in great demand so it is best to book early.

OPTION #2 – EARLY ENTRY  - $100 before July 31st – After Aug 1 - $125

INCLUDES ENTRY TO GROUNDS  SATURDAY,  AUG.  14TH  & (FIVE) 5  NIGHTS CAMPING!

This “Early Entry” Pass covers ONE CAMPING UNIT only or allows entry to mark off your site. (If you wanted to bring in more than one “trailer” or mark off more than ONE site you would have to buy a Pass for EACH unit or site.)  You must have your weekend passes to enter grounds.  YOU MAY NOT ENTER ANY RESERVED FIELDS.  This pass allows you entry one day earlier than “General Entry – Sunday, Aug 15th” and  includes camping before the show but does not include a “numbered” site. Some people choose this option just to get in early and mark off their spot with caution tape. (Please bring your own tape.) They may bring their trailer in anytime that week. Some campers bring their trailer in on that day and just drop it off, but they don't stay. A lot of people do this as they feel that it is worth paying the extra fee to give them the opportunity to choose their campsite before the crowds get there.  NOTE:  You may only mark off ONE SITE ONLY – PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO MARK OFF SITES FOR YOUR FRIENDS!  Your neighbours are watching & when you get caught you will lose that site – that’s a guarantee.  ABSOLUTELY NO MARKING OFF SITES WITHOUT AN EARLY ENTRY

OPTION #3 - Daily Camping Rate - Fee: $30.00 (per night/per Camping Unit)

Includes Camping Fees BEFORE Show Date 

This fee covers ONE CAMPING UNIT/PER NIGHT! This option is for people who wish to camp on site as of Monday, August 16/2010. (example – you bring your RV in on Monday & want to stay – that would be $90.00 for the three (3) nights)  If you wanted to camp before this date it would be advisable to purchase an Early Entry Camping Pass before Aug. 1st  as that would be the best deal for you! (Only $100! & includes camping from SATURDAY, AUG 14TH) You may camp in any of our "regular" camping fields on a "first come-first serve" basis.  YOU MAY NOT ENTER ANY RESERVED FIELDS.
